June 13-15 Washboard Music Festival Downtown Logan
Time: Start times: Fri., June 13 - 2 p.m.; Sat. June 14 - noon, Sunday, June 15 - 11 a.m.
The Washboard Music Festival is a fun-filled family event with something for everyone. Jug, jazz, ragtime and zydeco musicians use washboards to get toes tapping and hands clapping. Enjoy regional artists, crafters and food, car shows, a parade and the Children's Fair with rides and games. Special events such as touring the only washboard factory in America, and seeing makers of hand-forged iron will be offered. A great weekend!

Every Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday through September 1st, 2008
Time: 2:00pm Lake Hope State Park. Participants can make a feeder and attempt to hand-feed a hummingbird. Meet at the Nature Center. Wednesdays through Sundays at 2 p.m.
